A Funny Conversation

Yesterday, Karen and I along with my parents went to JB City Square to dye and cut our hair.. While cutting a very funny conversation took place:

Mum: We want to cut our hair, 4 of us.

Hairdresser 1: Okie. Seat please.

After 5 mins, my mum sat in the chair.

Mum: I want to color my hair its for my wedding.

Hairdresser 1: Oh okie, when is your wedding?

Mum: On the 2oth.

Hairdresser: Okie congrats ah.

So the hairdresser proceed to do my mum's hair along with Karen, me and my Dad.

After about 45 mins, since my hair and my Dad'd hair was done, we went out to have a short coffee break since Mum's and karen's hair might still take a while.

While washing my Mum's hair

Hairdresser 1: Those 2 man are your friend?

Mum: What man?

Hairdresser 1: Those 2 man that did their hair and went out?

Mum: No lah. One of them is my son.

Hairdresser 1: Oh...(How come got son still marry??)

Hairdresser 1: So the woman sitting beside you?

Mum: My son's wife.

Hairdresser 1: Oh your daughter in law? (So the old man (dad) is your 2nd spring??)

So the hairdresser looked very puzzled and decided not to comment anymore. I believer the hairdresser went to share this unique family situation to another hairdresser. At the cashier the 2nd hairdresser asked.

Hairdresser 2: So who is getting married? (Just to clarify since they suspect its Karen.)

But my Mum looked at karen whoose face got no expression, thought maybe she didnt want them to know, replied.

Mum: Yah it's my wedding. 2nd Spirng.

Hairdresser 1 and 2 looked stunned for a moment before answering.

Hairdresser 1 & 2: Congrats ah....
